The building is divided into several volumes with double and triple height voids that facilitate orientation and provide the appropriate scale required for a public building; in addition, the façade of each volume is made of different materials to express the personality of each use.

A central access, at the point where the volumes converge, allows a rational organisation and facilitates pedestrian access from the two possible points on the plot. One of the points of interest of the surroundings is the green area, towards which the classrooms are turned to develop teaching in a peaceful and serene environment.
