A feasibility study is carried out for the establishment of a marina with 418 berths at Moll Vell. A complete proposal is developed at the basic project level, which includes all necessary maritime works (breakwaters, pontoons, docks) as well as various land-based structures (commercial area, restaurants, etc.). yacht club, escuela de vela, capitanía marítima…).

The necessary calculations are carried out for the design of the maritime project, including wave analysis, ship traffic assessments, and so on. Additionally, a plan is developed for the construction of access roads to ensure a 100% viable proposal.
