This complex project seeks the transformation of an old concession, dating from the 1980s, into a modern design, with the creation of more green areas, regeneration of the beach, reduction of land reclaimed from the sea, and so on.

A large multi-purpose service building is created, with a dry marina for boat storage, large commercial and restaurant areas, and a large public square-viewpoint crowning the project.
