The project is located on the island of Ocean Cay in the Bahamas archipelago.

It includes not only the LNG plant, but also a desalination plant, a subsea immisary for drinking water supply, an LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) extraction and regasification plant, a subsea natural gas pipeline, buildings for employees, as well as electrical installations, at a total cost of $650 million.
