The project consists of eleven rooms distributed in two blocks, one of four and the other of seven. Each room has a total floor area of 76 m² distributed over two floors. The fish handling rooms are located on the first floor. Upstairs there are spacious changing rooms and a comfortable office with views over the estuary.

The buildings have been designed for maximum energy efficiency, both in their installations (solar water preheating) and in their architecture (windows are protected to minimize heating).
