The project consists of the constructive definition of a building for the technical inspection of own vehicles, washing and painting, in the Entrevías depot, Madrid, owned by the Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid (EMT).

The structure as well as the facades and roofs of the building are made of prefabricated elements, in this case concrete, to speed up the construction process, while maintaining a high quality control.
