The activity of the cruise pier in the port of El Rosario is the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers, mainly cruise ships. However, vehicles may also be embarked and disembarked.

The project consists of technical assistance for the Security Assessment of the passenger terminal and subsequent drafting of the Security Plan to comply with the ISPS Code and Regulation EC/725/2004 of the European Parliament.
