The company Aguas Pacifico SpA is developing the project to build a seawater desalination plant to supply industrial drinking water to the Valparaiso and Metropolitan regions. This project is administratively located in the communes of Puchuncaví, Quintero and Quillota.

Proes is developing for Tedagua the basic engineering for the seawater collection and effluent discharge systems, the pump chamber, the water supply to the plant, the high and medium voltage lines, electrical substations, as well as the civil works for the plant buildings.
