The initial phase of the project includes the construction of an access viaduct approximately 505 meters long and a pier with 2 berths. The outer berth is designed to accommodate tankers with a docking capacity of up to 180,000 DWT, specifically Suezmax (17.00 meters draft), while the inner berth will be for Panamax tankers of up to 80,000 DWT (with drafts of up to 14.50 meters).

In a future phase, a dock will be added, connected in the central area of the access viaduct, intended for the mooring of convoys of up to 6 barges.
