It is planned, next to the Wylfa nuclear plant in Wales, United Kingdom, the construction of a new adjacent power station. The construction of a seawater cooling system, both for intake and discharge, is required.

Both structures, the nuclear plant and the new power station, are designed as twin structures, both connected by a tunnel. The first one involves marine works, while the second one consists of tunnels for water transmission.
