of capacity
The project includes the conceptual design and minimum requirements for the design and construction of Sasol's marine LNG terminal at the Port of Coega, following analysis of various locations in South Africa.
In order to meet the functional requirements or needs, a series of structures are proposed. Firstly, an unloading platform that allows safe berthing for the loading and operation of LNG carriers of up to Qmax type, with a capacity of 266,000 m3 of LNG.3. Secondly, the mooring structures mounted on plinths at the dike boundary. Finally, road access and pipe rack support is required.
