This is a pre-project at tendering level for a reinforced concrete bridge on the Lussandberget road, Norway.
The bridge structure is 86 m long, with four spans of 19+24+24+24+19 m. The total width is 8.50 m without protective barriers and 9.54 m with them. The total width is 8.50 m without safety barriers and 9.54 m with them. The total section consists of two 0.52 m safety barriers, two 1 m shoulders and two 3.25 m lanes.
In order to design the bridge, it is necessary to create two different models, one longitudinal and another transversal, to simulate the effects of traffic on the cross-section.
Location Lussandberget, Norway
Date: 2014-2015
Scope of the project: preliminary design
Significant data: The bridge is a continuous beam structure with a depth of 1.20 meters and three voided circles of 0.75 meters within.
