The purpose of the work is to draw up a construction project for a drinking water reservoir from the El Pardo junction and siphon.

Subsequently, in 2008, the construction project for the gallery inside which the outlet, inlet and relief pipes of the new reservoir will be connected to the respective pipes of the old one was drawn up. The gallery will be practicable and visitable at the levels corresponding to each pipe.
