Feasibility report for new LNG terminal in Morocco

634.400.000 US$

Budget

The scope of the work can be summarized in three aspects: characterization of the new LNG terminal, framework for its implementation, and analysis of the two possible locations, Jorf Lasfar and Nador West Med Port. A very preliminary conceptual design of the necessary infrastructure, including estimated timeframe and cost, is developed for both locations.

Foster Wheeler, in collaboration with Proes, suggests installing both the refinery and the LNG terminal in Jorf Lasfar and not using the connection to the GME (Maghreb-Europe Gas Pipeline).
