Procedure for probabilistic assessment of ship impact energy on the banks of the River Thames, London.

The main objective of the project is the probabilistic assessment of the impact energy of ships on the temporary structures located on the banks of the River Thames in London, United Kingdom, for the construction of the central section of Thames Tideway Tunnel, tomando como base para el trabajo una metodología de carácter determinista.

The main tasks carried out by Proes have included the analysis and characterization of available information, consideration of potential failures resulting from ship impact on the structures under analysis, and the development of a probabilistic analysis methodology based on the probabilistic characterization of variables.
