The project includes the design reports as part of the construction project for forty-five bridges that are part of the railway section from Kicevo in Macedonia, to the border with the Republic of Albania.

The project is part of the European initiative Pan-European Transport Corridor VIII Project, funded by the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), with a total estimated budget of 470 million euros.
