The project involves the detailed engineering development of all the marine infrastructure components of the berthing front for the FSRU terminal and the connection front to the coastline, supporting the gas pipeline and other services. The berthing front is designed to facilitate the transfer of LNG ship-to-ship between the FSRU and the LNG transport vessel, enabling the terminal to be operational in a short period of time.

The scope of the project developed by Proes includes nautical studies on the dynamics of moored ship behavior, real-time maneuver simulations, as well as the structural design of all terminal elements and the development of technical specifications for materials and equipment.
