Proes is developing the Illiana highway bidding project for the US subsidiary of Ferrovial, the Spanish construction company, together with the US engineering firm Janssen & Spaans. This is a multidisciplinary project for the Linear Works and Bridges departments.

The project covers a length of about 75 km of new section between I-55 in Illinois and I-65 in Indiana, and about 30 km of extension of these highways. During the works, some 38 structures are planned on the trunk road and another 10 at different level crossings.
