The PAU project has an area of approximately 369 hectares, located 4.2 km south of the town of Bulo Bulo, in the municipality of Entre Ríos, Carrasco Province.

Proes drafted the necessary documents (report, plans and budget) for the company Duro Felguera Plantas Industriales S.A. in order to draw up the construction project for the plant. As part of a multidisciplinary project, in the field of hydraulic works, the process water pumping station, adduction and discharge pipes, the sewage network and the purification plant were also designed.
