The scope of the work to be carried out by Proes is divided into three phases. Firstly, a verification of the initial hypotheses and conclusions reached in the technical feasibility report is carried out. Subsequently, during the execution of the works, the development of the works and the contracts is monitored. Finally, a report is drawn up in which it is verified that the reception of the different elements that make up the project is carried out in accordance with the specifications of the contracts.
