Main infrastructure for a residential development of 450 homes, including 1.1 kilometers of the main distribution road, connecting the A29 roundabout to a proposed roundabout on the A272 to the east of Billingshurst. Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) and foul drainage networks were included, as well as public open spaces.

Furthermore, technical approval for the road works was managed as part of the Section 278 Agreement.
