The project involved the development of basic engineering for the tender of the repair works for these piers and dock damaged by the tsunami that occurred in February 2010 at the facilities of Asmar and the Navy in Talcahuano.

Estos servicios fueron prestados a la UTE formada por las empresas Acciona Infraestructuras, Cyes y Delta, con objeto de poder licitar el concurso en formato EPC, de la “Reparación Dársena, Molo Chacabuco y Molo Prat ASMAR (T), y Reparación 500 Armada”, en la Región del Biobío, Chile.

The total dredging volume for this navigation channel is in the order of 1.5 million m³.
